The Imperial Eagle is the national symbol of the United States Empire.
Symbolizing the Empire's desire for exploration and peaceful expansion, the Imperial Eagle is imposed over the national Stars & Stripes flag and forms a part of the Section 8 unit logo.
The Imperial Eagle is also featured prominently on the USIF Captain's Powered Assault Armor, and on the Sergeant, Captain, and General rank pauldrons.
